| Your listing template is designed to match your store front (usually) and is the most viewed section of your store as it will be presenting each and every item that you list.
The Listing template presents your item listed in a professional and organised manner whilst also portraying alternative items to your prospective clients. By including your navigation bar (shop categories) and a search bar within your listing enables clients to search your entire store from within any listing you have active. |

- Purchase this item and make your payment.
- Once your payment is received, we will attain your design specifications for your custom store (please see above).
- Within 5 - 10 business days We will send you an initial design concept of your custom store design. You can then send details on any changes you would like (if required).
- Once you are 100% satisfied with your store design, We convert graphics to HTML files and upload all of your images to our server.
- We then upload your ready html files to your eBay store and make all of the adjustments to install your store. If you would prefer to upload yourself We'll provide instruction via email (video and/or textual).

Due to the nature of eBay Store design, completion times vary for every project however we strive to complete projects as soon as possible.
Although we will make every effort to provide a swift turn around we can not guarantee any specific time schedule.
We aim to provide a design draft of your theme within 5 working days.
1: Upon payment we will initate contact (for further information please refer to the process above).
2: We will then attain the information and content required to complete a design draft of your Complete Custom eBay Store Design.
3: Upon completion of the template and your satisfaction we will proceed to complete your store and provide a short instruction video to watch at your leisure.
For each project we provide a video tutorial to watch at your leisure to show just how easy templates are to use.
Your store, once installed requires no further modifications on your part, edit you categories and create listings as normal, easy!
If for some reason you do struggle, we pride ourselves offering comprehensive support and if you prefer we will even call you back.

Please note that images added into your template for every item are hosted through an external image hosting company such as Photobucket at your own discretion.
Due to our hosting costs only covering our expenditure we can accept no liability for any loss or "down time" experienced due to technical issues with our host One.com (although very uncommon). We will however seek to re-activate your listing in any such event at the earliest possible convenience.
Store design does not include implimentation of your listing template for your existing listings though we may create one demo listing for you in your account at our discretion.
